The word “love” may have origins from the Old English, “lēof”, that means “dear”, there are some other possibilities but in all the cases the meaning is “dear”, “to please” or something like that.
We may also say that this is the emotion which sell most of the movies, but the really question is WHY? Because we know love and it’s good to see it? Because we know love and we want to understand it? Because we never felt what we expected to be real love? The answer... we’ll come back to it later.
We “fall in love”, such expression gives us already the sensation that love isn’t that good, in the beginning it makes you fall, after what? It makes you break? For me we shouldn’t fall in love, I do know that it feels good, but we should make our way to love, because, as my mother used to say, “fast it comes fast it goes” (not always, I know).
If you entered here looking for love advices, I’ll just give one “Don’t be afraid of loving”, you’ll heart (I mean, hurt) yourself, you’ll break into pieces, but if you’re lucky enough you’ll get it right once, if you’re not you may enjoy the experience or get it right more than once.
The cupid hasn’t been doing a good work some may say, but I think he is doing a great job. Why? Did it find the right one for me? NO! But he made me get to know some amazing people, these experiences gave the knowledge about the human being itself in general that I would not be able to see if I wasn’t so close to someone. Know I’m also getting stronger and a better person with this all, the day he gives me the right one I’ll be ready to never let she go.
Have you ever loved someone? Have you ever broken your heart? Have you ever smiled thinking of someone? You’re not alone. Why people love movies, books and everything about love? Because every great story, life or anything that may exists need love to be great.
